Our goal is to compete in the 2023 North Texas Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23 in either the 5K or the Miracle Mile. 

This event is the largest fundraiser of the year for The Miracle League of Frisco with 100% of proceeds benefiting our organization. It's a holiday tradition for families in Frisco and surrounding areas.

MLF Track is a weekly program designed for ML athletes and their families. We will start practices with 1 to 2 laps around the track and build up our endurance before race day. Athletes will be teamed up with a parent or buddy during practices and race day. Athletes are encouraged to run or walk during the week between practices.

IMPORTANT:  Athlete registration INCLUDES 1 parent or family member, who will run/walk with their athlete during practice & the North Texas Turkey Trot! 

Dates:

• October 29 – 1st Practice
• November 5 – 2nd Practice
• November 12 – 3rd Practice
• November 19 – 4th Practice
