Miracle League of Frisco - Soccer

WELCOME TO THE MIRACLE LEAGUE OF FRISCO SOCCER!

There will be Four different types of league:
Buddy, Wheelchair, Competitive, Intermediate.

Buddy League - The first 30 minutes will be spent doing simple drills to help encourage the kids to kick the ball and not use their hands. The second block is 20 minutes that will be spent doing a small, short game for the kids. Every 10 minutes the athletes will have a 5 minute water break. The last 10 minutes are goal kicks, where every child gets to kick a goal unimpeded.

Wheelchair/Walker - Buddy games go for 4 periods of 8 minutes each with a 5 minute break in between quarters. The last 10 minutes are goal kicks, where every child gets to kick a goal unimpeded. The athletes use the frames of their wheelchairs/walkers to bump an oversized ball in the direction they wish to go.

Intermediate League - The coaches are on the field (which is half the size of a regular field) and there will be a single ref for the games. There are corner kicks, goal kicks, free kicks, and other various aspects of the game that will be enforced.

Competitive - The coaches are on the field and there will be a single ref for the games. There are corner kicks, goal kicks, free kicks, and other various aspects of the game that will be enforced.
